Launched in 2026, Custom AI Solutions is an agency and mini-SaaS platform designed to automate high-friction sales and support workflows. We specialize in deploying "always-on" AI agents that handle the frontline of customer interaction, whether through voice, SMS, or web, ensuring businesses never miss a lead.

The Solution

• Voice AI Agents: Engineered a sophisticated voice-agent using the OpenAI Realtime API and Twilio. These agents can handle FAQs, provide instant quotes, and perform "warm handoffs" to live personal or business lines when human intervention is required.
• Multi-Channel Automation: We offer a unified AI experience across three primary channels:
  • Voice: Custom Twilio phone numbers with low-latency AI response.
  • Web: Integrated browser-based chat agents for sales workflows.
  • SMS: Automated text-based support and lead nurturing.
• Infrastructure: Built a web app, built on Nuxt, with the DB on Supabase, which is then deployed to Digital Ocean to manage agent personas, website knowledge bases, and custom quoting logic.
