Identifying a significant gap in the custom merchandise market, we engineered CustomDesigner AI, an all-in-one, AI-native CRM and ERP built specifically for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF shops. Currently in beta, this SaaS platform moves beyond traditional record-keeping, serving as a comprehensive "Operating System" that automates the friction-heavy stages of sales, art approval, and production management.

The Solution: A Unified Print Shop Ecosystem

We built CustomDesigner AI to replace the fragmented "app-stack" most shops struggle with. By unifying every department—from sales to the press—into one interface, we’ve created a seamless workflow for modern decorators:

• AI-Powered Creative Suite: Integrated AI art tools and upcoming in-browser design software allow shops to generate and prep artwork faster than ever before.
• Complex Quote Logic: A custom pricing engine that handles the nuanced variables of print decoration, integrated directly with live product catalogs.
• Frictionless Approvals: A dedicated Customer Portal where clients can view quotes, upload files, and approve digital mockups, drastically reducing "email tag."
• Financial Integration: A deep QuickBooks API integration that synchronizes accounting and allows for secure payment collection both in-person and online.

Specific Use Case: The Sales Flow Chrome Extension

To solve the bottleneck of inbound lead management, we developed a specialized Chrome Extension.
