Fitness Class Studio: operations software for boutique pilates studios

We built Fitness Class Studio so boutique pilates studios can open (and stay open) with the systems they actually need: memberships for onboarding clients, instructor payouts, and a branded website that books classes. The first studio live on the platform is Soeur Pilates Studio.

Studios spend too much time stitching together booking tools, spreadsheets, and a brochure site. Fitness Class Studio is the operating layer: waitlists and class schedules, member bookings and private sessions, a public booking page, and the back office that keeps instructors paid.

What it ships

• Memberships & onboarding: New clients join with memberships instead of one-off chaos. The studio website and booking flow stay in sync so people can find a class, join, and show up.
• Instructor payouts: Class coverage and compensation live in the same system as the schedule, so studios can pay instructors without a side spreadsheet.
• Studio website: Each studio keeps a production web page—schedules, bookings, and brand—rather than a disconnected marketing site. See the first customer at Soeur Pilates Studio.

The product lives at fitnessclass.studio, with a pilates-studio pitch at /for-pilates-studios. Soeur is the first studio running it in the real world.
